LA VIDA PROCESADA
La galería Huber (Art and Food), presenta “La vida procesada”, una selección
de obra reciente de Casermeyro (artista visual nacido en Málaga (España), ciudad en
la que vive y trabaja).
Casermeyro, otorga vital importancia a la calidad tanto estética como ética de una obra de arte.
Estéticamente, emplea con libertad diversas técnicas de varias disciplinas artísticas y materiales u objetos de la vida cotidiana transformándolos en pro de la idea, fusionando
así arte y vida.
Éticamente, mediante un tratamiento a veces irónico y humorístico (aunque
no exento de crítica) y una fuerte carga psicológica, con lo que pretende una toma de
conciencia por parte del observador. Para Casermeyro, la obra es un activador de la contem-
plación, un instrumento para perturbar los hábitos perceptivos del espectador,
haciéndole partícipe de una realidad alternativa, oculta bajo la rutina y la aliena-
ción.
“La vida procesada” es pues, un ejercicio mental para ofrecer “otra realidad”.
CASERMEYRO
(Nace, vive y trabaja en Málaga).
Fue formado en varias disciplinas del arte, lo que le concede gran libertad a la hora de crear su trabajo Ha realizado encargos públicos, ilustrado publicaciones y obtenido algunos premios y becas a lo largo de su carrera.
Hasta el momento ha realizado más de 200 exposiciones (individuales y colectivas).

THE PROCESSED LIFE
The Huber Gallery (Art and Food), presents „La vida procesada“, a selection of recent work by Casermeyro (visual artist born in Malaga (Spain), the city where he lives and works). Casermeyro, gives vital importance to both the aesthetic and ethical quality of a work of art. Aesthetically, he freely employs various techniques from various artistic disciplines and materials or objects from everyday life, transforming them in favour of the idea, thus fusing art and life. Ethically, by means of a sometimes ironic and humorous treatment (although not exempt of criticism) and a strong psychological charge, with which he tries to make the observer aware. For Casermeyro, the work is an activator of contemplation, an instrument for disturbing the perceptive habits of the viewer, making him or her a participant in an alternative reality, hidden under routine and alienation. „Processed life“ is therefore a mental exercise to offer „another reality“.

He was trained in various art disciplines, which gives him great freedom when creating his work. He has made public commissions, illustrated publications and obtained some prizes and scholarships throughout his career.
So far he has made more than 200 exhibitions (individual and collective).

DAS VERARBEITETE LEBEN
Die Galerie Huber (Kunst und Essen), präsentiert „La vida procesada“, eine Auswahl der jüngsten Arbeiten von Casermeyro (bildender Künstler, geboren in Malaga (Spanien), der Stadt, in der er lebt und arbeitet). Casermeyro, gibt sowohl der ästhetischen als auch der ethischen Qualität eines Kunstwerks eine entscheidende Bedeutung. Ästhetisch setzt er frei verschiedene Techniken aus verschiedenen künstlerischen Disziplinen und Materialien oder Gegenstände aus dem Alltag ein, transformiert sie zugunsten der Idee und verschmilzt so Kunst und Leben. Ethisch gesehen, durch eine manchmal ironische und humorvolle Behandlung (wenn auch nicht frei von Kritik) und eine starke psychologische Aufladung, mit der er versucht, den Beobachter zu sensibilisieren. Für Casermeyro ist das Werk ein Aktivator der Kontemplation, ein Instrument, um die Wahrnehmungsgewohnheiten des Betrachters zu stören und ihn zu einem Teilnehmer an einer alternativen, unter Routine und Entfremdung verborgenen Realität zu machen. „Verarbeitetes Leben“ ist daher eine mentale Übung, um „eine andere Realität“ anzubieten.

Er wurde in verschiedenen Kunstdisziplinen ausgebildet, was ihm große Freiheit bei der Schaffung seiner Werke gibt. Er hat im Laufe seiner Karriere öffentliche Aufträge erteilt, Publikationen illustriert und einige Preise und Stipendien erhalten.
Bisher hat er mehr als 200 Ausstellungen (individuelle und kollektive) gemacht.
